Richard Cardenas serves as Director of Proposal Management at T&T, where he leads the full lifecycle of federal proposal development. His responsibilities include planning, scheduling, managing, and ensuring compliance for competitive solicitations, as well as supporting capture management efforts and maintaining the business development pipeline.

 

In collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer, Mr. Cardenas plays a critical role in driving T&T’s pursuit strategy and positioning the company for continued success in securing new federal contracts. His disciplined approach to proposal operations ensures alignment with solicitation requirements, internal standards, and customer expectations.
