Kasey Moore

Kasey Moore serves as a Human Resources & Culture Manager at TATCS, supporting workforce operations, recruitment strategy, and HR process improvement initiatives. He brings a diverse background across government and academic environments, with experience aligning human capital strategies to organizational goals and mission needs.

Prior to joining TATCS, Kasey served as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist with the Oklahoma National Guard, where he led employee benefits and compensation strategies supporting over 450 civilian personnel. He also held multiple HR roles with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, contributing to hiring, HR operations, and strategic initiatives, including leading the implementation of a timekeeping system and HRIS for over 3,000 employees, as well as digitizing personnel records and improving onboarding processes.

His experience also includes recruitment and marketing at the University of Oklahoma, where he represented the institution at national events and supported enrollment initiatives. He collaborated with marketing and communications teams to develop outreach strategies across digital and social platforms and enhanced applicant tracking systems to improve applicant conversion rates.

In addition to his civilian career, Kasey brings leadership experience from his military service, including serving as a Company Commander in a Military Intelligence unit and supporting operations across the United States and Europe. He is a graduate of the Certified Public Manager program through the State of Oklahoma and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education at Southern Nazarene University, where his research focuses on the role of human resources in organization-wide AI implementation. He continues to apply his expertise in leadership, project management, and organizational development to support TATCS’s mission and workforce success.
