Jeff Gotherman

Jeff Gotherman serves as Vice President of Program Delivery and Client Success, overseeing the company’s portfolio of federal IT programs to ensure operational excellence, contract performance, and customer satisfaction. With 25 years of experience supporting federal and defense clients, he brings deep leadership across strategy, technology, data, and cyber disciplines.
 
His background includes 20 years supporting Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) through enterprise strategy projects and technical program execution. As a portfolio manager, he led delivery and business development for organizations including the CIO, Deputy Chiefs of Staff (G-1, G-3/5/7, G-4, G-6, G-8), ASA(ALT), Arlington National Cemetery, and the Army Analytics Group, guiding multi-functional teams to enable collaboration across missions resulting in client value.

His early career included service to the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) initiative.  He facilitated the deployment of applications in a post transition environment, provided NMCI customer project manager support, and was a key contributor to the NMCI business case analysis.  

Mr. Gotherman is a current board member for Easterseals DC|MD|VA chapter, supporting their mission to provide education, healthcare, and employment services to thousands of local children and adults, including active Military, Veterans, and their families, helping them overcome barriers to well-being.  He hails from Woodbridge, Virginia, is a graduate from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and currently lives in Aldie, Virginia with his wife, Melissa, and two sons Eli (12) and Archer (9).
