Gavin Mason

Gavin Mason serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at T&T, where he helps shape the company’s long-term direction through the integration of emerging technologies and strategic innovation. With over 40 years of experience spanning the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the private sector, Mr. Mason brings deep expertise in information management strategy, health IT, and enterprise transformation.

A retired U.S. Air Force Medical Service Officer, Mr. Mason held multiple leadership roles throughout his military career, including serving as Chief Information Officer at both the facility and Major Command levels. He provided strategic guidance across a wide range of IT initiatives within the military healthcare system, supporting operational readiness and modernization.
Following his military service, Mr. Mason served as Program Director in the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information Technology (VA OIT), where he supported the VA CIO in preparing and advancing technical readiness capabilities for a $16 billion enterprise IT modernization effort.
Mr. Mason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, and a Master of Science in Clinical Informatics from Northwestern University. He maintains certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master, and Customer Service Representative, and holds ITIL Foundation and Practitioner credentials.
