Eugene Henry
Chief Information Officer

Eugene Henry serves as Chief Information Officer at T&T, where he leads the company’s enterprise IT strategy and technology posture. With over 35 years of combined experience in the Department of Defense and private sector, he brings extensive expertise in IT leadership, major weapon systems acquisition, and advanced analytics in support of mission-critical initiatives.
A retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, Mr. Henry concluded a distinguished military career before assuming senior civilian roles, including serving as Chief Information Officer for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). In that role, he led the implementation of the organization’s first-ever Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) Network—a secure, globally connected platform that continues to enable scientific collaboration and innovation.
Mr. Henry is recognized for his strengths in strategic IT planning, requirements development, program execution, and interdependency management. He is also a dedicated mentor and advisor, committed to fostering technical and leadership growth within the organization.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Angelo State University and a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology School of Engineering. He also holds DoD Acquisition Level III certifications in Program Management; Test & Evaluation; and Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering.
