Denis McDowell serves as a Cloud Advisor at T&T, where he provides strategic guidance on cloud modernization and enterprise data transformation initiatives. With over 25 years of experience, he has helped federal agencies and commercial organizations modernize systems, optimize operations, and align technology solutions with mission and business objectives.

Mr. McDowell previously served as Chief Architect at the U.S. Army Enterprise Cloud Management Agency, where he led the modernization of tactical applications and datasets—transitioning critical capabilities into persistent cloud environments to support deployed units in the INDO-PACOM region. His work has also supported modernization efforts at the Federal Aviation Administration and the Department of Homeland Security, as well as data and operational optimization within financial institutions and payment networks.
