Dawson Wu serves as IT Operations Manager at T&T, where he oversees enterprise IT operations and ensures alignment of technical infrastructure with business objectives. With more than 12 years of experience in IT development, automation, system administration, and DevSecOps, Mr. Wu brings deep technical expertise and a solutions-oriented approach to operational excellence.

He is responsible for managing T&T’s IT systems and enhancing operational procedures to support organizational requirements. His role also includes planning and implementing corporate cybersecurity practices to ensure compliance with key security frameworks, including NIST 800-171, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).

Mr. Wu holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and is a certified Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
