Chris Hample
Vice President, Solutions and Innovation

Chris Hample serves as Vice President of Solutions and Innovation, leading the design and positioning of T&T's technical solutions and driving the company's innovation agenda — including the continued growth of QuerySmith, T&T's enterprise AI product. He works at the intersection of capture, delivery, and emerging technology, partnering with Business Development and Delivery teams to shape pursuits, strengthen technical differentiation, and translate new capabilities into practical, mission-driven solutions for federal clients.
Chris brings more than 25 years of experience building new technology capabilities and turning them into delivered outcomes. His background spans federal client delivery across the Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, NASA, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Homeland Security; the development of new
capability areas in AI, spatial computing, human performance, edge analytics, and digital twins; the establishment and operation of an innovation lab and applied R&D studio in Austin, Texas; and the cultivation of strategic partnerships with technology leaders including NVIDIA, Unity, AWS, Apple, Red Hat, and Docker — relationships he draws on to bring the right capabilities to client missions. Earlier in his career, he served as CTO at multiple technology companies, building SaaS products and leading engineering teams supporting Fortune 100 and federal clients.
Chris is a founding partner of the Center for Defense Innovation at Capital Factory and remains active in the Austin technology and defense innovation community. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Utah. Chris lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and twin teenagers, and on weekends you'll find him watching Formula 1 or cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
