Carmelo Gong

Accounting Manager

Carmelo Gong serves as Accounting Manager at TATCS, where he oversees all accounting operations and financial reporting activities for the organization. He plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Mr. Gong works closely with executive leadership, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and supporting the Chief Operating Officer on strategic financial initiatives. His responsibilities include proposal pricing, financial forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and budgeting in support of both ongoing operations and growth initiatives. He is also a key contributor to efforts spanning finance, contracts, accounting, and proposal development—driving innovation in financial tracking and systems migration.

Mr. Gong holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
