Bryan Fender

Bryan Fender serves as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at T&T, where he leads civilian sector program delivery, technology modernization, and customer engagement initiatives. With over a decade of experience in program and project management, business process improvement, and IT transformation, Mr. Fender brings a strong track record of delivering mission-aligned, scalable technology solutions.

Mr. Fender is responsible for oversight of T&T’s civilian contracts, where he ensures high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships across a range of federal programs. Internally, he leads T&T’s technical operations team, focused on modernizing development pipelines, supporting surge requirements, and managing innovation initiatives through dedicated tech labs and coding challenges.

He is highly skilled in aligning IT solutions with strategic business objectives, defining system requirements, mapping workflows, and translating technical needs into practical web-based applications. His leadership spans modern IT practices including cloud transitions, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD). He has also contributed to enterprise quality efforts, supporting the development of standards and processes aligned with industry best practices.
