Amber Hill

Amber Hill serves as Quality Manager at T&T, where she oversees the development, implementation, and improvement of the company’s quality assurance processes. She brings more than 15 years of experience supporting military healthcare, federal contracting, and corporate operations, with a strong background in compliance and data quality.

Previously, Ms. Hill served as Supervisor and Senior Data Analyst with the Defense Health Agency, where she managed a team and oversaw enterprise-wide reporting to support TRICARE beneficiaries. She also supported the United States Air Force Academy Office of the Registrar as a Scheduling Assistant and earlier provided medical administrative support at Fort Carson, coordinating specialty referrals and readiness assessments for service members.

Ms. Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Women’s and Ethnic Studies, from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, and Certified Associate in CMMI.
