T&T supports the US Attorney's Office, Southern District of Florida with Facility, Logistic, Administrative, and Clerical Services. Our team works in unison to provide exceptional, detail-oriented support to help our client accomplish their mission objectives.
Our Inventory and Facilities Support involves office and warehouse inventory management, inventory logistics and tracking, procurement and distribution management, records maintenance/monitoring, as well as auditing and reporting.
T&T's Administrative Support specialists work in a high volume workload setting, while efficiently completing tasks within specified time frames. Our team maintains effective working relationships with administrative and collegial staff, service vendors, other agencies, and the general public. General functions performed include: sorting and arranging material for filing; preparing mass mailings, producing a variety of written documents; routing incoming phone calls and taking messages; copying and faxing documents; and arranging for transportation services, when needed.
For our Clerical Services, we provide effective support for the financial management operations of the Victim-Witness Program, which involves electronically linking financial and acquisitions systems together, providing seamless integration of the DOJ's budget and general ledger. We ensure authorized signatures and process witness reimbursements, vouchers, subpoenas, and receipts for submission to the Financial Activity Streamlining Team (FAST). Other tasks involve performing data entry, verifying bank statement charges, composing correspondence for mass mailings, and providing assistance in operating the United Financial Management System (UFMS).
