As part of our project management approach, Team T&T provides a comprehensive project management plan detailing how project metrics will be tracked and measured, how issue resolution will be handled, and how contingency plans will be developed and implemented to address any unforeseen circumstance. The Project Management Plan (PMP) is used as a control baseline for managing, tracking, and evaluating T&T’s performance; the PMP is reviewed periodically by the Government, and our project manager ensures it is updated as necessary, based on Government-directed changes and continual process improvements that T&T identifies.
